Tuesday 1.30 – 3.00pm (new for 2022)
All classes incorporate gentle stretching for flexibility and increasing strength; breathing practice for calming the nervous system and a relaxation session for general well-being. Class content varies from week to week and students are encouraged to work at their own pace and what feels right for them based on listening to their own bodies. Variations and modifications are offered for most postures, making them accessible to as many students as possible.
Classes are taught in 5-week blocks with a fee of £35 for the block payable in advance and all sessions within a block must be paid for.
