Yoga and Mindfulness on Zoom

Gentle Yoga Hour is online via zoom on Wednesdays at 10.

Ideal if you prefer a more gentle form of yoga or are recovering from illness or injury.

There’s no getting up and down from the floor and a chair can be used for support during standing postures. We’ll be stretching, keeping joints mobile, building strength and learning to relax. £5.50 includes access to recording for 3 days. Get in touch if you’d like to know more! Clare 🧘🏻‍♂️
