Chatterbox is a registered charity, staffed by a 100% volunteer workforce, and funded through local fundraising and donations. Chatterbox also produces low-cost studio recordings for local authorities and commercial organisations.

Blind and visually impaired listeners receive a memory stick player and two weekly deliveries of memory sticks with recordings of highlights from the Norwich Evening News, Norfolk Magazine, Let’s Talk, and other local publications.

The service is entirely free, and includes postage and loan equipment.
