The Cringleford Singers

Practice Evenings are held at Patteson Rooms, Newmarket Road, Cringleford, Norwich NR4 6UL

Thursday evenings 7.30pm until about 9.15pm

The Cringleford Singers, a women’s Choir who sing everything from classical to jazz, folksongs to selections from musicals, welcome new members who are free on Thursday evenings.

Ideally you can read music, and have maybe taken early retirement and looking for a new interest.

They sing all styles of music from songs from the shows and folk songs to works by John Rutter Bob Chilcott and Eric Whitacre – you name it, they sing it! Some are unison, some two-part and some three-part.

Meeting for practices on Thursday evenings, 7.30 pm till around 9.15, at the Patteson Rooms, Newmarket Road, Cringleford (next to Auction House estate agents and just up the road from St Peter’s Church). There is parking in front of the hall plus on the road, and beside the estate agents in the entrance to Jewsons.

Margaret always welcomes potential new singers to come and visit them on a trial basis, but do contact her first to check rehearsal dates.

Contact Margaret: email – or phone: 01603 453010.
