A great beginners class. Our classes are relaxed friendly and fun, and a good way of meeting new friends.
Tai chi is suitable for all ages, and has been found to be beneficial for mobility, posture, balance and coordination, reducing stress, it helps physical and mental wellbeing and is good rehabilitation exercise, and helps strengthen the immune system.
Who is this course for? Everyone! All movements in this program are deliberately designed to be gentle. £8/session (4 weeks on one week off)
