Open to all levels, feel free to come along and give it a go! You will take part in a variety of exercises which can be modified to be standing or seated, and have the opportunity to use low impact equipment to improve your strength, balance and cardio.
This group takes place every Thursday between 1pm-2pm at Pilling Park Community Centre, please get in touch in advance to book your place.
