This class is designed specifically for those aged 50+ to help improve balance, strength, flexibility, general fitness levels and wellbeing. It is perfect for those who have limited mobility and find it challenging to exercise whilst standing up.
This group takes place on Wednesdays at the Jubilee Community Centre from 2.15-3pm, with time to socialise with the group from 3-3.45pm.
Come along and exercise at your own pace in a relaxed environment with full support.
