Sit-Fit is a 45 minute fun, friendly, low-impact seated exercise class to music, followed by refreshments and a chance to socialise! This class is designed specifically for those aged 50+ to help improve balance, strength, flexibility, general fitness levels and wellbeing. It is perfect for those who have limited mobility and find it challenging to exercise whilst standing up.
Come along and exercise at your own pace in a relaxed environment with full support.
