Seated Exercise Class for over 65’s and adults with long term conditions.

Every Thursday 11am to 12 noon

At Bungay Community Centre in Old Grammar Lane.

We provide an hour every week of seated exercises that will improve strength, balance, coordination and cardio-fitness.

The class is fun and friendly, with the opportunity to meet for tea and coffee beforehand.

Sessions are led by an instructor with a Level 3 Qualification in Exercise Referral, meaning that she can offer advice on becoming more physically active to people with a wide range of long term conditions.

All of Back in the Groove’s classes are run on a ‘pay what you can afford’ basis.
