Our classes replicate the structure of the Falls Management Exercise Programme (FaME), using a mixture of seated and standing exercises.

The purpose of the class is to reduce participant’s risk of falls and increase their physical activity levels by exercising several components.

*Due to Covid-19 we are requesting class members to bring a mat if partaking in floor exercise as well as bringing a resistance band each week, please speak to your instructor if you require purchasing one from us.
