Classes are £ 24.00 / month paid at the beginning of each month. I can do one to one sessions for anyone needing fundamentals time before starting classes if they haven’t done Pilates before. ( £20/session) I also have a little private online group and stream classes weekly. I like everyone in my classes to be filled with joy and a sense of ease and strength. My classes focus on function first. We all want to wake up everyday with no discomfort or pain, feeling strong, lengthened and move with ease. So many people have told me how much better they feel or how marvellous they feel and that makes my teaching so worthwhile. I am truly passionate about Pilates. The health benefits of
