Tai Chi & Qigong combine slow, gentle movements with breathing and cognitive skills.

The aim is to relax, integrate the physical body and mind and enhance the natural flow of Qi (energy).

The gentle rhythmic movements reduce stress, build stamina, increase vitality and enhance the immune system. Tai Chi & Qigong are moving meditations and are suitable for everyone.

A new beginners class will be starting at Blakeney Village Hall on Wednesday 20th April 18:00 -18:45 for 6 weeks and then ongoing 6 week terms.
