Come and join in our Walking Football sessions- part of our Fitness in Later Life programme.

Our Fitness in Later Life (FILL) programme is a welcoming, supportive and popular programme of activities for the over fifties, and includes everything from badminton and pickleball to walking football, gentle stretching to Zumba Gold. Now in its 18th year, our programme has developed into a friendly, active and sociable group of people who meet regularly to exercise, try new sports and enjoy each other’s company.

Gold + Silver members FREE, Bronze members £2.85, non-members £4.85

Sessions are every Tuesday from 10 to 11am located at University of East Anglia, Norwich Research Park, Norwich, Norfolk, NR4 7TJ

All are welcome, whether you choose to come on your own or with friends/partners, we are open to members and non-members.
