Classes will include a range of exercises, performed both seated & standing.

These will cover low impact aerobics, muscle & endurance exercises & flexibility stretches.

The aim of Extend is to promote health, increase mobility & independence, improve strength, co-ordination & balance whilst counteracting loneliness & isolation.

TUESDAYS WEEKLY 14.00 for Registration.  Class begins 14.15 – 15.15 pm. £5.00 each class

Attendees should wear loose clothing in layers as all rooms will be ventilated in accordance with Covid-19 regulations.  Trainers or Mary Jane style shoes to be worn, also face masks whilst moving around the building, before & after class.  Water & any necessary medication to be brought each time.
