The national falls prevention dance programme

Dance to Health is a weekly creative dance class for those aged 55+, with fun and easy to learn moves.

Sessions combine evidence-based exercise with the creativity, energy and sociability of dance. Dance Artists will take you through the safe and effective exercises which boost strength and balance, build your muscles and help prevent falls. You can choose to take part either standing or seated.

Join for a free taster session, and then £6 per class and are booked for 6 sessions at a time.

Taking place at The Norman Centre, Mile Cross, Norwich

Every Thursday

at 10am-12pm

There is free parking in the Norman centre car park. Refreshments are provided.
