Dance to Health

A weekly creative dance class with fun, easy to learn moves. Sessions combine evidence-based exercise with the creativity, energy and sociability of dance.

Dance Artists will take you through the safe and effective exercises which boost strength and balance, build your muscles and help prevent falls. You can choose to take part either standing or seated.

Join for a free taster session, and then classes cost £6 each and are booked for 6 sessions at a time. Refreshments are provided.
