Norfolk Citizens Advice is carrying out a study to identify and remove barriers that prevent the Norfolk community from accessing digital advice and support. They will be providing remote learning and support to improve digital skills so as to access accredited advice with the aim of improving, financial, welfare and emotional wellbeing. Reducing isolation through digital social interaction.
You will be supported remotely one to one with a case-worker, concentrating on your needs and tailoring the service around you. This will be through video calling or by telephone.
Agreed weekly contact will be prearranged, working with your schedule so that you can learn at your pace.
This service is free and delivered by Norfolk Citizens Advice.
