Sessions are suitable for a range of levels and help target, falls prevention, hip mobility, shoulder issues, problematic joints, recovery from surgeries and acute and chronic pain from musculoskeletal problems. Rachel can support those with neurological challenges such as Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis and other neurological difficulties.
We also run Dance and Well-being classes, including Dance for Parkinson’s, Ballet for the over 50’s, Falls Prevention Dance Classes, Seated Yoga and Community engagement projects for those wanting to participate in performance.
Sessions run on Thursdays at 12 Noon, 1pm and 6pm
